Architect Intern | Design Factory India (DFI)
Design Factory India (DFI) is looking for enthusiastic and creative Architect Interns to join our team. At DFI, end-user experience is at the heart of everything we undertake. Our close-knit team of spatial designers, architects, and visualizers works collaboratively on responsible and meaningful design solutions across diverse scales and typologies.
What You’ll Work On
- Assist the design team in developing architectural concepts and design solutions.
- Prepare architectural drawings, plans, sections, elevations, and presentations.
- Support 3D modelling, visualization, and design development.
- Assist with material research, documentation, and detailing.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, consultants, and other project stakeholders.
- Gain exposure to live projects across different stages of design and development.
- Contribute ideas and participate actively in design discussions and reviews.
What We’re Looking For
- Students pursuing B.Arch. or a related architecture program.
- Good understanding of architectural design principles and drawings.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools is an advantage.
- Strong design thinking, visualisation, and communication skills.
- Curious, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced design environment.
- Willingness to travel for site visits, project meetings, and other project-related requirements as needed.
