Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Manager to strengthen the company's digital presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and X.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Manage and grow social media presence across all platforms
✅ Develop and execute monthly content calendars
✅ Create engaging posts, captions, articles, reels, and campaigns
✅ Promote company achievements, products, events, CSR activities, and leadership initiatives
✅ Monitor social media trends and competitor activities
✅ Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports
✅ Manage paid and organic social media campaigns
Qualification
* Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Digital Media, Business Administration, or a related field
* MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Mass Communication, or Digital Marketing certifications will be an added advantage
