Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Executive with 0–1 year of experience to support day-to-day administrative and office operations. The role involves office administration, documentation, data entry, compliance support, attendance monitoring, and providing operational assistance to ensure the smooth functioning of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office administration and general office support activities.
- Perform typing, documentation, and accurate data entry.
- Assist in translation of documents and official communications, as required.
- Maintain records and support compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Monitor employee attendance and maintain attendance records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to provide administrative and operational support.
- Organize, update, and maintain office files, records, and databases.
- Handle other administrative responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–1 year of experience in administration, office support, or a similar role. Fresh graduates with strong administrative skills are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Good typing speed and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati will be an added advantage.
