Job Title: Trainee Technician – Electrical Panel Assembly
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Trainee Technicians to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and candidates who are eager to build a career in electrical panel manufacturing. Training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the assembly of electrical panel boards as per engineering drawings and work instructions.
- Learn to identify and install electrical and mechanical components.
- Assist in wiring, fitting, and testing of electrical panels under the guidance of senior technicians.
- Use hand tools and measuring instruments safely and correctly.
- Follow company quality standards and safety procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Support the production team in achieving daily targets.
Requirements:
- ITI (Electrician/Fitter/Wireman) or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics preferred.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of electrical components and tools is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment.
- Good teamwork, discipline, and attention to detail.
