We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Website Manager to oversee the day-to-day management, performance, and optimization of our website. The ideal candidate will ensure a seamless user experience, maintain website content, improve conversion rates, coordinate with developers and designers, and support business growth through effective website operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesWebsite Management & Maintenance
- Manage and update website content, banners, product pages, and landing pages.
- Ensure all website information is accurate, current, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Monitor website functionality and resolve issues promptly.
- Coordinate with developers for bug fixes, feature enhancements, and technical improvements.
E-commerce Operations
- Upload and manage product listings, descriptions, pricing, inventory, and images.
- Ensure smooth checkout and payment gateway functionality.
- Monitor order flow and customer experience across the website.
- Optimize product pages for higher conversion rates.
Performance Monitoring
- Track website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and heatmaps.
- Monitor traffic, user behavior, bounce rates, and conversion metrics.
- Generate regular performance reports and actionable insights.
SEO & Digital Optimization
- Implement on-page SEO best practices.
- Optimize website structure, metadata, URLs, and content.
- Identify opportunities to improve organic search rankings.
- Collaborate with content and marketing teams to increase website visibility.
User Experience (UX)
- Continuously improve website navigation and customer journey.
- Conduct website audits and identify areas for enhancement.
- Ensure the website is mobile-friendly and responsive.
Marketing Support
- Create and update promotional pages for campaigns and product launches.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for banner updates and campaign implementation.
- Manage integrations with email marketing, CRM, and advertising platforms.
Security & Compliance
- Monitor website security and performance.
- Ensure regular backups and software updates.
- Maintain compliance with privacy and data protection regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience managing websites or e-commerce platforms.
- Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar CMS platforms.
- Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and website optimization techniques.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website development principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in fashion, retail, or e-commerce brands.
- Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Knowledge of Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and performance marketing.
- Experience with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo or Mailchimp.

A Website Manager should be responsible for:
- Managing product launches and collections.
- Updating homepage banners and seasonal campaigns.

- Improving SEO for Brummell's product categories and collections.
- Ensuring a premium luxury-brand experience across the website.
