Position: Manager – Accounts & Finance
Role Purpose
Manage the hospital's finance and accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, budgeting, cash flow management, and effective financial controls.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee accounting, financial reporting, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, MIS reports, and monitor costs.
- Manage patient billing, collections, insurance claims, and revenue reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, audits, and statutory requirements.
- Lead the Accounts & Finance team and coordinate with auditors, banks, and department heads.
- Support management with financial analysis and perform other assigned duties.
Qualifications & Experience
- CA, CMA, MBA (Finance), or M.Com.
- 7–10 years of finance experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Hospital or healthcare finance experience is essential.
