Job Title: Sales Manager – FMCG (Rice, Sugar & Spices)
Job Summary:
GSY International Groups is hiring a highly skilled experienced Sales Manager specialized in FMCG products — primarily Rice, Sugar, and Spices — to lead our sales operations and business development.
The ideal candidate should have strong existing buyer networks (local & international), proven expertise in B2B trading, and the ability to drive high-volume sales through strategic partnerships and key account management.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development
Identify, approach, and manage existing and new buyers for rice, sugar, and spice products.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Expand distribution channels and market reach within FMCG and wholesale segments.
Maintain strong business relationships with key customers, traders, and distributors.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
2. Market Expansion & Buyer Relationship
Leverage existing client portfolio to generate repeat and bulk orders.
Develop new B2B buyers across domestic and export markets.
Conduct market research to identify new regions, buyer segments, and competitive trends.
Attend trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events to strengthen brand presence.
3. Operations & Coordination
Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and finance teams to ensure on-time order execution.
Track inventory and demand forecasts to support continuous product availability.
Monitor credit limits, payment collections, and customer satisfaction levels.
4. Reporting & Strategy
Prepare and present monthly sales performance reports and forecasts to management.
Analyze sales data, market insights, and competitor movements to shape strategy.
Suggest pricing strategies, promotional offers, and bundling plans to boost sales.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong background in FMCG / Agri commodities (Rice, Sugar, Spices).
Excellent buyer network and business contacts in relevant markets.
Proven record of sales growth and account management.
Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
Target-driven, result-oriented, and capable of handling high-value transactions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 3–10 years of experience in FMCG sales, with at least 5 years in rice/sugar/spices trading.
Existing buyer portfolio in local or export markets is mandatory.
Proficiency in English (and regional languages if applicable).
