We are seeking a technically strong and product-driven Business Analyst with 3+ years of experience in a product-based software environment.
This role extends beyond documentation — the ideal candidate will translate product vision and business needs into technically sound, implementation-ready requirements while contributing to product innovation, competitor analysis, and system integrations.
The candidate must be comfortable engaging with engineering teams, understanding system architecture fundamentals, and supporting third-party and device integrations.

Gather, analyze, and document business and product requirements.

Prepare BRDs, user stories, use cases, workflows, and functional specifications.

Ensure requirements are clear, complete, and technically feasible.

Identify edge cases, dependencies, risks, and perform gap analysis.

Minimize rework through structured and detailed documentation.

Participate in technical and architectural discussions.

Prepare API specifications, integration documents, and data flow diagrams.

Support third-party system and hardware/software integrations.

Contribute to technology evaluation and decision discussions.

Collaborate with Product Managers on feature refinement and prioritization.

Contribute to roadmap planning with structured analysis.

Suggest feature improvements based on customer feedback, usage data, and market trends.

Improve user journeys and overall product usability.

Conduct competitor research and feature benchmarking.

Compare workflows, UX patterns, and capabilities.

Provide actionable insights and identify differentiation opportunities.

Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Translate business needs into technical clarity.

Communicate scope, priorities, risks, and change impacts effectively.

Ensure alignment across Product, Engineering, QA, and Business teams.

Support UAT and assist QA with requirement clarifications.

Track defects and change requests to closure.

Ensure delivered features align with business expectations.

Analyze product performance metrics and feature adoption data.

Provide insights for data-driven decisions.

Improve BA documentation standards and processes.

Minimum 3 years as a Business Analyst in a software company.

Experience working in Agile (Scrum or Kanban) environments.

Strong understanding of SDLC, APIs, database concepts, and system architecture.

Experience with third-party and device integrations.

Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Excel.

Basic SQL knowledge preferred.
