The Product Specialist for Oracle ERP Cloud at HCL is responsible for the effective implementation, customization, and maintenance of Oracle ERP Cloud solutions to meet the business requirements of clients.
1. Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements and recommend oracle erp cloud solutions.
2. Configure, customize, and optimize oracle erp cloud modules based on client needs.
3. Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of oracle erp cloud applications.
4. Provide training and support to end-users on oracle erp cloud functionalities.
5. Ensure compliance with best practices, security, and governance in oracle erp cloud implementations.
6. Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate oracle erp cloud with other systems and applications.
7. Stay updated on the latest oracle erp cloud features, updates, and trends to suggest improvements and enhancements.
1. Proficiency in oracle erp cloud modules such as financials, procurement, project portfolio management, supply chain management, and human capital management.
2. Handson experience in oracle erp cloud implementation, configuration, and customization.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues in oracle erp cloud applications.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
5. Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple oracle erp cloud projects simultaneously.
6. Knowledge of oracle cloud infrastructure (oci) and oracle integration cloud (oic) will be a plus.
1.Oracle Cloud certifications related to Oracle ERP Cloud are preferred.
