About the Role
We are looking for energetic and detail-oriented Production Team to join our INTU Product manufacturing team. The role involves assembling electronic components, operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, and ensuring products are manufactured safely and efficiently according to standard operating procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble electronic components and sub-assemblies as per work instructions.
- Operate production machines, tools, and testing equipment.
- Perform visual inspection and basic quality checks.
- Follow SOPs, ESD guidelines, and safety procedures.
- Achieve daily production targets while maintaining quality standards.
- Report production issues, defects, or equipment abnormalities.
- Maintain cleanliness and follow 5S practices in the work area.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and teamwork.
Eligibility
- Freshers and experienced candidates (0–3 years) are welcome to apply.
- BE / Diploma / ITI graduates in relevant disciplines.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of electronics or electrical components.
- Experience in electronics, battery, PCB, EMS, or automotive manufacturing is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of ESD handling and quality inspection is preferred.
