Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to expand our customer base and drive sales of premium cashew nuts, spices, and other food products. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to build long-term customer relationships, and a passion for achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities - Generate new leads and identify potential wholesale, retail, and institutional customers. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. - Promote and sell the company's range of cashew nuts, spices, and value-added products. - Conduct regular customer visits and follow up on inquiries and quotations. - Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and close sales successfully. - Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Coordinate with the operations and logistics team to ensure timely delivery. - Prepare daily sales reports, customer feedback, and market intelligence. - Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements. - Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and business meetings when required. - Ensure timely collection of customer payments. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field. - 1–3 years of experience in FMCG, food products, spices, dry fruits, or related sales (freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply). - Strong negotiation and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an advantage. - Valid driving license and willingness to travel. Preferred Skills - Knowledge of cashew, dry fruits, spices, or food trading. - Customer relationship management. - Sales planning and lead generation. - Excellent presentation and negotiation skills. - Time management and problem-solving abilities.
