We are looking for experienced High-Speed PCB Design Engineers with strong hands-on expertise in Altium Designer / Cadence Allegro. The candidates will be responsible for PCB design, layout, routing, signal integrity, and design optimization for high-speed electronic systems.

- Design and develop high-speed PCB layouts using Altium Designer or Cadence Allegro.
- Perform component placement, schematic review, routing, and PCB layout based on design requirements.
- Handle high-speed signal routing including DDR, PCIe, USB, Ethernet, SerDes, LVDS, and other high-speed interfaces.
- Work on signal integrity (SI) and power integrity (PI) considerations.
- Apply controlled impedance routing, differential pair routing, length matching, and timing constraints.
- Define and maintain PCB design rules and constraints.
- Perform design reviews and ensure compliance with manufacturing and electrical requirements.
- Work closely with hardware, SI/PI, mechanical, and manufacturing teams.
- Resolve PCB layout-related design issues and incorporate engineering change requests.
- Generate and review manufacturing outputs such as Gerber, ODB++, drill files, and fabrication drawings.
- Ensure PCB designs meet DFM/DFA and industry standards.
- Support prototype build, testing, debugging, and design modifications.
Required Skills
- 4–8 years of experience in PCB Design/Layout for the Pune requirement.
- 5–8 years of experience for the Bangalore requirements.
- Strong hands-on experience in high-speed PCB design and layout.
- Hands-on expertise in:
- Altium Designer – Pune & Bangalore
- Cadence Allegro – Bangalore
- Good understanding of:
- High-speed routing
- Differential pairs
- Controlled impedance
- Length matching / skew management
- Signal integrity
- Power integrity
- Layer stack-up
- Grounding and power distribution
- EMI/EMC considerations
- Experience working with complex multi-layer PCBs.
- Ability to understand schematics and component datasheets.
- Good knowledge of PCB fabrication and assembly processes.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with DDR, PCIe, USB, Ethernet, MIPI, LVDS, SerDes or similar high-speed interfaces.
- Exposure to SI/PI simulation and analysis tools.
- Experience in high-speed board bring-up and debugging.
- Knowledge of DFM/DFA and PCB manufacturing processes.
- Experience working with international engineering teams is an added advantage.
