Job Summary
The Front Office Executive will be the first point of contact for patients, parents, and visitors at Hamsa Rehab Kids and will be responsible for ensuring smooth front-desk operations. The role includes handling billing, patient appointments, therapist/doctor slot management, coordination with internal departments, maintaining records, and communicating professionally with parents to support a positive patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients, parents, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner and create a welcoming front office environment.
- Handle patient registration, appointment booking, rescheduling, follow-up appointments, and daily slot management.
- Coordinate with therapists, doctors, accounts, and other internal departments to ensure smooth patient flow and service delivery.
- Manage billing processes, payment collection, receipts, and basic billing records with accuracy.
- Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and direct parent enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Communicate clearly with parents regarding appointments, therapy schedules, billing details, and centre procedures.
- Maintain patient records, front office registers, and documentation with confidentiality and accuracy.
- Resolve basic parent/patient concerns at the front desk and escalate issues to the concerned department or reporting manager when required.
- Ensure the reception and waiting area is organized, clean, and presentable at all times.
- Support day-to-day administrative work related to front office operations.
Eligibility
- Any degree from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare, hospital, clinic, rehabilitation centre, or similar front office role.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with billing systems, appointment registers, Excel, and communication tools.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
