Job Title: Tele caller / Sales Executive (Loan & Overdraft)
Experience: 6 months to 2 years of experience in Loan, Overdraft, or Banking sales
Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Tele caller with experience in the banking/financial sector, specifically in Overdraft (OD) facilities and Loans.
Key Responsibilities:
* Make outbound calls to prospective clients from the provided database.
* Pitch and explain Overdraft (OD) limits, business loans, and other financial products.
* Understand customer requirements and guide them through the loan application process.
Key Requirements:
Experience: 6 months to 2 years of experience in Loan, Overdraft, or Banking sales.
Communication: Good communication skills in Hindi and English both.
Knowledge: Good understanding of banking products, overdraft facilities, interest rates, and basic documentation.
Skills: Strong convincing power, negotiation skills, and a target-driven mindset.
Education: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate in any stream.
