As a Business Development Executive, your key responsibilities will include:
Understanding client requirements and suggesting suitable property options
Coordinating and conducting client meetings and property site visits
Explaining project details, pricing, offers, and investment opportunities to clients
Maintaining regular follow-ups with prospective clients
Converting leads into successful sales opportunities
Achieving assigned sales targets and contributing to overall team goals
Maintaining daily reports, client records, and activity updates
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Skills Required:
Salary Strong communication, convincing, and client handling skills
Basic understanding of sales, marketing, and MS Excel reporting Confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented mindset.
Salary:
up to ₹3 – ₹6 LPA.
