To maintain our global service excellence, we are looking for a Corporate English Trainer who can elevate our team’s communication and professional standards to match international client expectations.
Position Overview:
The Corporate English Trainer will be responsible for enhancing communication skills across the organization, focusing on spoken English, business/professional English, client communication, workplace etiquette, and body language. This role involves designing customized training strategies, implementing performance evaluation frameworks, recommending certifications, and assessing employee readiness for international voice support processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Training & Facilitation:
- Conduct interactive sessions on spoken English, business English, and client communication etiquette.
- Train employees on formal communication, professional vocabulary, and workplace etiquette for international end-user interactions.
- Coach employees on non-verbal communication, tone, accent clarity, and cultural sensitivity in global business contexts.
- Design tailored training modules based on employee proficiency levels and business requirements.
Program Development & Customization:
- Develop strategic learning roadmaps to align with our client service standards.
- Suggest and integrate recognized certifications (e.g., Business English, Accent Neutralization, Communication Skills).
Performance Evaluation & Reporting:
- Implement structured performance measurement strategies to track employee progress.
- Provide detailed evaluation reports and recommend improvement plans where required.
- Collaborate with HR and Operations to bridge training outcomes with our process needs.
Assessment for international Voice Support Processes:
- Evaluate trainees on pronunciation, accent clarity, listening skills, confidence, and client-handling ability.
- Recommend the suitability of employees for deployment in international voice support processes.
- Suggest further development interventions for employees who need additional training.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong command of the English language, phonetics, grammar, and business vocabulary.
- Expertise in corporate/business communication and client-facing interactions.
- Ability to design and deliver customized training modules and performance assessments.
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with BPO/IT services/voice support environments is highly desirable.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English, Communication, Linguistics, or related field.
- Certifications in Business English / Accent Neutralization / Corporate Communication / Training & Development preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of corporate training experience, preferably in IT services, BPO, or MSP environments.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
