Job Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming, in-process, and final quality inspection.
- Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with standards.
- Identify quality issues and coordinate corrective actions.
- Prepare and maintain quality documents and inspection reports.
- Maintain SOPs, check sheets, control plans, and other quality records.
- Handle documentation required for internal and external audits.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions.
- Coordinate with Production and other departments to resolve quality issues.
- Monitor rejection, rework, and customer complaints.
- Maintain calibration and inspection records for measuring instruments.
- Prepare daily/monthly quality reports and MIS.
- Support ISO 9001 and other quality system requirements.
Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech – Mechanical / Production or relevant field.
Required Skills: Quality Inspection, QMS, Documentation, ISO 9001, Root Cause Analysis, CAPA, MS Excel.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
