Key Responsibilities
- Design creative concepts for weddings, receptions, engagements, corporate events, and social functions.
- Prepare 2D layouts, 3D concepts, mood boards, and presentation designs for client approvals.
- Create stage designs, entrance concepts, mandap designs, floral arrangements, seating layouts, and venue décor plans.
- Coordinate with clients and understand their theme, preferences, and budget.
- Work closely with the production team, fabricators, florists, electricians, and vendors to execute approved designs.
- Conduct venue visits for measurements and planning.
- Supervise complete décor setup and ensure execution matches the approved design.
- Manage event timelines, manpower, and material requirements.
- Resolve on-site issues and ensure timely completion of all décor work.
- Stay updated with the latest wedding décor trends, themes, and luxury event concepts.
