Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage all testing activities, including Manual Testing, Automation Testing, Performance Testing, Load Testing, and API Testing.
- Manage Release Management activities, including release planning, validation, sign-off, deployment verification, and production readiness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, identify risks, and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Drive continuous quality improvements by implementing QA best practices, test automation, and AI-driven testing where applicable.
- Monitor project quality metrics, proactively identify risks, and communicate testing progress, quality status, and release readiness to stakeholders.
Technical Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (Mandatory).
- Excellent knowledge of Manual Testing concepts, test case design, test execution, and defect management.
- Hands-on experience with Playwright for web automation (preferred).
- Experience in Mobile Automation using Appium or equivalent frameworks.
- Experience in API Testing using Postman, Insomnia, or similar tools.
- Experience in Performance and Load Testing using JMeter or equivalent tools.
- Ability to validate AI/ML features, including functional testing, prompt validation, AI output verification, and Agentic AI workflows.
- Good understanding of Git, version control, CI/CD pipelines, and test automation best practices.
Mandatory Technical Skills:
Candidates must have experience in at least two of the following technologies.
- JavaScript (Mandatory)
- Manual Testing
- Playwright Automation
- Mobile Automation (Appium)
- API Testing
- Performance/Load Testing (JMeter or equivalent)
- AI Testing / AI Validation
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
