Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients warmly and create a relaxing first impression.
- Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and email inquiries professionally.
- Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and cancel appointments.
- Maintain accurate customer records and appointment calendars.
- Explain spa services, packages, memberships, and ongoing promotions.
- Handle billing, cash, card, and digital payments accurately.
- Coordinate with therapists to ensure smooth appointment flow.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting area.
- Offer refreshments and ensure guest comfort while waiting.
- Handle customer feedback and escalate concerns to the Spa Manager when necessary.
- Manage inventory of reception supplies and retail products.
- Support daily opening and closing procedures.
Pay: ₹8,598.37 - ₹24,001.23 per month
