Roles & Responsibilities:
- Connect with candidates who are actively looking for job opportunities
- Market candidate profiles to clients and recruitment partners
- Submit candidate applications for suitable job openings
- Coordinate with candidates regarding interviews and feedback
- Build professional relationships with vendors, recruiters, and consultants
- Maintain daily reports and follow-ups
- Understand candidate skills, experience, and job preferences
- Work on portals, emails, and LinkedIn for profile marketing
