Job Summary
Responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining laptops, desktops, networking devices, and related IT equipment. Provide onsite and remote technical support to customers and ensure timely resolution of hardware and network issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair laptop and desktop hardware issues.
- Install and configure operating systems, software, drivers, and applications.
- Troubleshoot motherboard, RAM, SSD/HDD, display, keyboard, battery, and peripheral issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain routers, switches, Wi-Fi networks, and network cabling.
- Resolve network connectivity and internet-related issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance and system health checks.
- Attend onsite service calls and customer support requests.
- Maintain service reports and update work completion status.
- Coordinate with customers regarding service schedules and issue resolution.
- Ensure compliance with company service standards and safety guidelines.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
