The Assistant Manager – Oil Palm Plantation supports the Plantation Manager in overseeing daily plantation operations to ensure optimal yield, quality production, cost control, and compliance with sustainability and safety standards.
- Supervise oil palm field activities: planting, manuring, harvesting, pruning, and upkeep
- Monitor crop health, pest & disease control programs
- Ensure harvesting rounds are completed on schedule
- Maintain optimal Fresh Fruit Bunch (FFB) quality and yield
- Supervise field supervisors, mandors, and workers
- Allocate daily tasks and monitor productivity
- Conduct training on best agricultural practices and safety
- Ensure discipline, attendance, and performance tracking
- Assist in preparing annual budgets
- Monitor operational expenses (labor, fertilizer, chemicals)
- Optimize cost-efficiency without affecting productivity
- Support certification standards
- Promote sustainable and responsible agricultural practices
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
- Maintain field records and documentation
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Plantation Management, Agronomy, or related field
- 3–7 years of experience in oil palm plantation operations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of oil palm agronomy and plantation practices is an advantage
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and plantation management systems
- Outdoor field-based role
- Requires regular field visits and supervision

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
