Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee residential interior projects from planning to final handover. The ideal candidate should have strong site execution knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate with clients, designers, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery. Willingness to travel to project sites across Pune.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complete residential interior projects from start to finish.
Plan and monitor project schedules to ensure timely completion.
Coordinate with clients, designers, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
Supervise site execution and maintain high-quality standards.
Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
Monitor material procurement and site deliveries.
Conduct regular site inspections and resolve execution-related issues.
Maintain project documentation and provide progress updates.
Ensure site safety and adherence to company quality standards.
Manage project budgets and optimize resources effectively.

Experience
minimum 1 years of experience in residential interior project management.
Experience managing turnkey interior projects is preferred.
