2–5 Years (Fabrication/Manufacturing Industry Preferred)
Key Responsibilities
- Operate the Water Jet Cutting Machine as per production requirements.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and work orders.
- Set machine parameters according to material type and thickness.
- Load and unload materials safely using proper handling methods.
- Monitor cutting quality and ensure dimensional accuracy.
- Perform machine setup, nozzle alignment, and routine maintenance.
- Ensure proper usage of abrasive (Garnet) and maintain machine consumables.
- Inspect finished components using measuring instruments.
- Maintain daily production reports and machine logbooks.
- Coordinate with PPC, Production, Quality, and Store departments.
- Report machine breakdowns and quality issues to the Production Supervisor.
- Maintain housekeeping (5S) and follow all safety procedures.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of CNC Water Jet Cutting Machine operation.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments (Vernier Caliper, Steel Scale, Measuring Tape).
- Understanding of materials such as Stainless Steel, Mild Steel, Aluminium, Brass, Copper, and Polypropylene (PP).
- Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
