Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled IT Hardware Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot computer hardware, peripherals, and related IT equipment. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to provide on-site and remote support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other hardware
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues and replace faulty components
- Perform routine maintenance and system upgrades
- Install and support operating systems and basic software
- Manage hardware inventory and documentation
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs and replacements
- Provide technical support to end users
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Hardware, or related field
- Proven experience in computer hardware maintenance and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Windows OS, basic networking, and peripherals
- Familiarity with LAN/WAN concepts is a plus
- Strong communication and customer support skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
