- Provide one-on-one counselling to patients regarding health concerns and wellness goals
Product & Health Education
- Educate patients about Ayurvedic wellness products and healthcare solutions
- Explain usage, dosage, benefits, precautions, and lifestyle guidance
- Promote preventive healthcare awareness and healthy routines
- Guide patients in selecting suitable wellness products as advised
Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate with doctors, pathology team, and support staff for smooth patient communication
- Follow up with patients through calls and WhatsApp
- Manage appointments, reports, product queries, and feedback
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions
Required Skills & Qualifications
✔ Excellent communication skills (Hindi preferred, English basic)
✔ Friendly, confident, and patient-focused personality
✔ Ability to explain health concepts in easy language
✔ Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp, Excel, email)
✔ Active, disciplined, and quick learner
✔ Experience in Pharma / Healthcare / Counselling / Ayurveda preferred
✔ Fresher with strong communication can also apply
- Explain reports, product recommendations, and follow-up steps in simple language
- Help patients understand and follow suggested health plans
- Build trust and maintain long-term patient relationships
- B.Pharm / D.Pharm / BAMS / Life Science / Healthcare background preferred
- Experience in patient handling or wellness counselling will be an advantage
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
