- Prepare and decorate cakes, pastries, cupcakes, brownies, and other bakery products.
- Produce customized birthday, anniversary, and theme cakes.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
- Manage daily production planning and inventory requirements.
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards in the kitchen.
- Minimize wastage and control food costs.
- Develop new cake and dessert recipes from time to time.
- Train and guide junior kitchen staff when required.
