- Deliver classroom lectures and practical sessions in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, and related subjects within the institution and at affiliated colleges as assigned.
- Conduct academic sessions, workshops, seminars, guest lectures, and faculty development programs for students and healthcare professionals.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, presentations, case studies, assignments, and assessment tools.
- Mentor and monitor students' academic performance, attendance, discipline, and overall professional development.
- Guide students during internships, hospital postings, projects, dissertations, and research activities.
- Evaluate student performance through examinations, assignments, presentations, and practical assessments, ensuring timely submission of grades and academic records.
- Provide academic counselling and career guidance to students and address learning challenges.
- Develop, review, and update curriculum, course content, and teaching methodologies in line with university and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in admissions, orientation programs, examinations, academic audits, accreditation activities, and departmental meetings.
- Coordinate with affiliated colleges, hospitals, and academic partners to ensure effective delivery of academic programs.
- Organize continuing education programs, conferences, workshops, industrial visits, and academic events.
- Encourage research activities, publications, and evidence-based practices among students and faculty.
- Maintain academic documentation, attendance records, course files, and other institutional reports.
- Collaborate with hospital departments and external stakeholders to facilitate clinical exposure, internships, and placement support.
- Stay updated with advancements in healthcare management, hospital administration, quality standards, and higher education practices.
- Perform other academic, administrative, and institutional responsibilities assigned by the Management.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
