Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and result-oriented Legal Advisor / Lawyer with sound knowledge of litigation and tax laws to join our team on Sinhgad Road, Pune. This position is suitable for both high-potential fresh graduates and experienced legal professionals.
As a Legal Advisor, you will handle court proceedings, draft legal documentation, manage tax/statutory legal compliance, and provide strategic legal advisory to safeguard the organization’s interests.
Key Responsibilities
- Litigation & Court Proceedings:
- Draft pleadings, notices, petitions, written statements, affidavits, and appeals.
- Represent and assist in court cases, tribunals, legal hearings, and dispute resolution.
- Research case law, precedents, and legal procedures to build strong defense/claim strategies.
- Taxation & Compliance:
- Handle legal aspects of direct and indirect taxation issues, notices, and compliance matters.
- Draft and review legal replies to statutory tax authorities or notices.
- Legal Advisory & Contracting:
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Provide practical legal guidance on risk mitigation, statutory compliance, and corporate regulations.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel and senior advocates when necessary.
Requirements
- Degree in Law (LL.B / B.A. LL.B / LL.M).
- Strong understanding of civil/criminal litigation processes and court procedures.
- Fundamental knowledge of taxation law and statutory compliances.
- Excellent legal drafting, research, and oral advocacy skills.
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation abilities.
- Both freshers with a strong legal aptitude and experienced legal professionals are encouraged to apply
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
