About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media & Video Content Specialist to manage our social media presence and create engaging digital content for the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage company social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Plan, create, and publish engaging posts, reels, and video content.
- Develop and maintain a social media content calendar.
- Edit short-form videos, promotional videos, reels, and company-related content.
- Create visually appealing content aligned with the company's branding.
- Monitor social media engagement and track content performance.
- Stay updated with current social media trends and content formats.
- Collaborate with the HR, Marketing, and Management teams on content requirements.
Required Skills
- 2–3 years of experience in social media management and video content creation.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Canva, or similar tools.
- Good knowledge of video editing, content creation, and basic graphic design.
- Strong creativity, communication skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
