Job Title: Assistant Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the admissions team to achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
- Drive lead conversion by monitoring inquiries, follow-ups, and CRM activities.
- Conduct career counseling sessions and guide prospective students through the admission process.
- Track team performance, analyze sales metrics, and report progress to management.
- Collaborate with the Marketing, Academic, and Placement teams to ensure a seamless student experience.
- Build strategic partnerships with colleges and corporate organizations while representing the company at education fairs and promotional events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- 1-3years of experience in sales, preferably in the education or EdTech sector.
- Proven experience in leading and managing a sales team.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
