About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive (Flipkart & Quick Commerce) to manage our online marketplace operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of Flipkart Seller Hub and quick commerce platforms, with the ability to drive sales, optimise listings, manage inventory, and execute promotional campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Flipkart Marketplace
- Drive sales growth through effective marketplace management.
- Manage product catalogue, listings, and content optimisation.
- Ensure high listing quality with accurate product information.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate timely stock replenishment.
- Plan and optimise advertising campaigns to improve product visibility.
- Execute promotional campaigns, deals, and marketplace offers.
- Track sales performance, conversions, and key business metrics.
Quick Commerce
- Manage onboarding and account setup on quick commerce platforms.
- Create, update, and maintain product catalogues and listings.
- Coordinate new SKU launches across platforms.
- Monitor inventory availability and replenishment planning.
- Manage pricing strategies and promotional activities.
- Improve product visibility through platform advertising.
- Analyse sales trends and prepare performance reports.
- Monitor order fulfilment and resolve operational issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams and platform representatives.
- Prepare sales forecasts and business reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2–3 years of experience in Flipkart Marketplace or Quick Commerce operations.
- Knowledge of Seller Hub, catalogue management, and marketplace operations.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Good understanding of inventory management and promotional planning.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience with E-commerce platforms.
- Understanding of marketplace advertising and campaign optimisation.
- Ability to work with sales data and performance dashboards.
