Job Summary
Apex Info Serve Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their business requirements, presenting our digital solutions, and converting leads into long-term customers.
Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, and other sales channels.
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries professionally.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing and web development solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
- Conduct online meetings and product demonstrations with prospective clients.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up regularly with prospects to maximize conversions.
- Coordinate with the technical and project teams for smooth project execution.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client communications, and sales activities.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
- Represent the company professionally during client interactions.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.

- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM software).

Preferred Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or IT/Digital Marketing Sales.
- Experience selling digital marketing, SEO, website development, software, or IT services will be an added advantage.
- Experience with CRM tools is preferred.
- Knowledge of online lead generation platforms is a plus.
