Role Overview
We are looking for an SEO Specialist who understands traditional SEO and the new direction of search, including GEO, AEO, AI search, and answer engine optimization.
You will be responsible for planning and executing SEO strategies, optimizing website content, improving rankings, conducting SEO audits, and tracking campaign performance.
This role needs someone who can work independently, take ownership of assigned projects, coordinate with the team, and actively find new opportunities for organic growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute SEO strategies for client websites to improve rankings, traffic, leads, and overall organic visibility.
- Work on on-page SEO, technical SEO, local SEO, content optimization, GEO, AEO, and AI search optimization.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, website audits, and identify opportunities for better organic growth.
- Create SEO content briefs, guide content teams, review website content, and ensure it is optimized for search engines and user intent.
- Track SEO performance, analyze metrics, prepare reports, and share clear insights with next steps.
- Coordinate with content writers, designers, developers, and internal teams to make sure SEO tasks are executed properly.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, AI search trends, new SEO tools, and changing search behaviour.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of SEO strategy, on-page SEO, technical SEO, local SEO, and content optimization.
- Understanding of GEO, AEO, AI search, featured snippets, FAQs, and answer-based search results.
- Ability to analyze websites, identify SEO issues, and suggest practical improvements.
- Experience with SEO tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Ubersuggest, Rank Math, Yoast, or similar tools.
- Ability to use AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, or similar platforms for research, content planning, and optimization.
- Good communication skills with the ability to coordinate with different teams.
- Leadership understanding to guide team members when needed.
- Strong ownership, self-learning attitude, and ability to work without constant follow-up.

You should be able to take responsibility for client SEO projects, find what needs improvement, suggest solutions, and execute with clarity.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
