Being the Vice President – Sales, you will be responsible for driving enterprise revenue growth, expanding domestic and international markets, building strategic partnerships, and leading high-performance sales teams.
This is a strategic leadership role responsible for revenue ownership, GTM strategy, large deal closures, and market positioning of Evolute’s Industrial Electronics vertical [GLOMORE] offerings.
The opportunity:
This role offers the opportunity to build and scale the GLOMORE business across India and global markets, work closely with CXOs and founders, influence product-market strategy, and establish as a market leader in the operating domain. The incumbent will play a key role in leveraging AI-driven sales intelligence, automation, and data-led decision-making to build scalable growth.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Strategic Responsibilities:
- Define and execute Group-level sales strategy for GLOMORE business in alignment with long-term growth vision.
- Drive market expansion in Ansoff way and in B2B, B2B2C Ecommerce channels
- Build strong GTM (Go-To-Market) frameworks, pricing strategies, and revenue forecasting models.
- Develop strategic alliances, channel partnerships, system integrators, and enterprise collaborations.
- Work closely with Product, Technology, Marketing, Finance, HR and Operations leadership on roadmap alignment.
- Leverage AI-driven sales analytics, CRM intelligence, automation tools, and predictive pipelines to improve efficiency and conversion.
- Represent Evolute at industry forums, enterprise client boards, and global business platforms.
- Build cross selling, upselling bundling strategies leveraging group strengths
2. Functional Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end revenue targets across GLOMORE business lines.
- Build and lead vertical sales heads, enterprise account managers, and channel teams.
- Drive large enterprise deal closures with CXO-level stakeholders (CEO, CIO, CTO, CFO).
- Establish key account management frameworks for strategic clients.
- Design sales performance dashboards, KPIs, and governance mechanisms.
- Strengthen CRM adoption, sales automation, AI-based pipeline insights, and forecasting accuracy.
- Identify emerging market opportunities, competitive positioning, and new vertical penetration.
- Build high-performance culture, succession planning, and leadership bench strength.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless customer experience and delivery excellence.
- Lead contract negotiations, commercial structuring, and risk management.
- Drive brand positioning of GLOMORE offerings through industry visibility and thought leadership.
To qualify for the role, you must have –
- 15+ years of experience in B2B, B2B2C enterprise sales leadership.
- Proven track record of building ₹100 Cr+ revenue portfolios or large-scale business verticals.
- Experience managing pan-India and/or global markets.
- Strong exposure in ESDM ecosystem relationship with Incumbents core players.
- Deep understanding of AI in sales (CRM intelligence, automation, forecasting, data-driven decision-making).
- Strong experience in team leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder management.
- Experience working with promoters/founders/board-level stakeholders.
