Job Description
S4 Technical Architect
S4 Technical Architect supports Digital Core Program during the Build Phase, contributing to the end-to-end solution design, configuration, and system integration.
This role ensures that approved business requirements are effectively translated into scalable system solutions, aligned with the global template, standards, and best practices. The position requires strong expertise across Order-to-Cash (O2C), Physical Logistics (PL), and Warehouse Management (WMS) within both SAP and non-SAP landscapes.
The role combines functional and technical knowledge, cross-functional coordination, and delivery accountability across governance, documentation, and release execution.
Key Responsibilities:

X-Functional Collaboration – Act as an active member of the end-to-end design authority process within the Digital Core Program. Ensure alignment between global standards and regional/local (EDGE) capabilities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive integrated and consistent solutions.

Solution Design – Ensure solution integrity, scalability, and compliance with global templates and architecture guidelines. Support solution clarification and communicate impacts across stakeholders.

Process, Tools and Ways of Working – Support adoption of new tools, methodologies, and change management practices following ITMS rules.

Documentation and Governance – Support the high-quality documentation aligned with both Build and Run governance models. Support governance forums and compliance with program standards.

Portfolio & Solution Alignment – Identify synergies between regional capabilities and global solutions. Drive reuse of existing solutions and minimize unnecessary customization. Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and integration strategies.

Knowledge Sharing & Capability Building – Contribute to team knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives. Support upskilling team members on processes, tools, and solutions.

Stakeholder & Delivery leadership: Solution clarification, Impact Communication, support readiness.
Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of supply chain and finance processes.

Experience in Application Management, solution design or a similar role, with a focus on Finance, Lead to Cash, Source to Pay, Plan to Fulfill.

Knowledge of integration tools and technologies (APIs, Middleware, etc.).

Experience guiding development teams to maintain product and service design integrity, ensuring compliance with global standards and mandated processes.

Familiarity with SAP and non-SAP systems.

Ability to collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, Integration, and both technical and non-technical stakeholders to develop and recommend solutions.
