Key Responsibilities:
- Provide executive and administrative support to senior management.
- Manage schedules, appointments, meetings and follow-up actions.
- Attend meetings and accurately record minutes using shorthand.
- Draft professional correspondence, reports, notes, presentations and official communications.
- Maintain confidential records, documents and management files.
- Coordinate with hospital departments and external stakeholders.
- Track action points, deadlines and management directives.
- Assist in preparation of reports, MIS and presentations.
- Manage sensitive and confidential information with complete discretion.
Essential Requirements:
- Excellent command over English, Marathi and Hindi (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in shorthand and transcription.
- Strong drafting and communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Strong organizational, coordination and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain strict confidentiality.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
