Key Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) with 1–4 years of experience (Freshers with a strong portfolio may also apply).
- Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/D5 Render/Enscape/V-Ray, Adobe Photoshop, and MS Office (Revit is an added advantage).
- Design Skills: Strong understanding of architectural planning, space planning, construction detailing, working drawings, and 3D visualization.
- Execution Knowledge: Familiarity with building materials, site coordination, construction processes, and consultant coordination.
- Communication: Excellent presentation, client interaction, coordination, and teamwork skills.
- Personal Qualities: Creative, detail-oriented, proactive, problem-solving mindset, and able to work under deadlines.
- Responsibilities: Prepare concepts, 2D & 3D drawings, realistic renders, GFC drawings, site visits, material selection, and ensure timely project delivery with high-quality standards.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
