Job Summary
Coral Print Pack is looking for a skilled and responsible Printing Operator to operate and maintain printing machines, ensuring high-quality printing output and timely production. The candidate will be responsible for machine setup, print quality checks, troubleshooting, and maintaining production standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate printing machines according to job specifications.
- Load printing plates, inks, paper, and other materials required for production.
- Monitor print quality, color accuracy, registration, and alignment during production runs.
- Perform routine machine adjustments and troubleshoot operational issues.
- Conduct quality inspections and ensure finished products meet customer requirements.
- Maintain production records and machine performance reports.
- Clean and maintain printing equipment to ensure smooth operation.
- Follow safety procedures and company quality standards.
- Coordinate with supervisors and production staff to achieve daily production targets.
- Minimize material wastage and machine downtime.
Qualifications
- 10th Pass / Intermediate / ITI / Diploma preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in printing machine operation.
- Experience in Offset, Flexo, Screen Printing, or Packaging Printing is an advantage.
- Freshers with printing knowledge may also apply.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of printing processes and machine operations.
- Understanding of ink mixing, color matching, and print quality control.
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Attention to detail and quality awareness.
- Ability to work in shifts and meet production deadlines.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
