Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Analytics Trainer to conduct onsite training sessions for college students. The trainer will be responsible for delivering practical, industry-relevant content and ensuring an engaging learning experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive Business Analytics training to students
- Cover key topics such as data analysis, statistics, Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, and basic Python (if applicable)
- Provide hands-on exercises, real-world case studies, and project guidance
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback
- Ensure course completion within the given timeline
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Business Analytics or a related field
- Prior teaching/training experience is mandatory
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to conduct interactive classroom sessions
- Availability for weekday onsite training
Preferred Qualifications:
- Industry experience in analytics, data science, or business intelligence
- Familiarity with tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Python/R
