Job Title: Telecaller / Lead Conversion Executive
Location: Susrutha Ayurveda Hospital, Kowdiar, TVM
Job Summary:
Susrutha Ayurveda is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecaller to handle inbound leads and convert them into appointments or customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to follow up with leads promptly to maximize conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact and follow up with leads generated through various marketing channels.
- Convert inquiries into appointments or admissions through effective communication.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information about Susrutha's services.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers until conversion.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead conversion targets.
- Update lead status and customer interactions in the CRM/system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to convert leads within the expected turnaround time.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
- Basic computer knowledge
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, or lead conversion is an added advantage.
