Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finishing Engineer to oversee and manage the final stages of construction projects.
Salary Range: 10 -12 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned sections of construction projects, ensuring smooth execution of all finishing works.
- Oversee on-site building activities to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project plans.
- Conduct site surveys and prepare accurate assessments as required.
- Set out sites, plan daily operations, and organize necessary facilities for efficient workflow.
- Review and verify technical designs and construction drawings, ensuring they are followed correctly.
- Supervise and coordinate contracted staff and subcontractors involved in finishing works.
- Ensure that finishing activities meet agreed specifications, quality standards, budgets, and project timelines.
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, quantity surveyors, and the project management team for seamless project execution.
- Provide technical guidance and resolve on-site issues promptly.
- Prepare detailed site reports, daily logs, and required documentation.
- Work closely with quantity surveyors for material ordering, pricing negotiation, and cost control.
- Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations, sustainability policies, and statutory requirements at all times.
Candidate Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Experience
- 8–10 years of experience in finishing works within the real estate or construction industry.
Location:
- Mumbai (Western Line) candidates will be given preference.
Skills & Competencies
· Strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication, coordination, and team-management abilities.
· Ability to work under pressure and deliver within tight deadlines.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
