Job Profile
· Support the planning and execution of mechanical works at site, plant, or workshop.
· Assist in preparation of bills, BOQs, and project reports.
· Maintain documentation related to project execution.
· Preparing Bill of Quantities & Estimation.
· Generating Raw Material Requirement List.
· Monitor equipment performance and prepare maintenance records.
· Assist in inspection and testing of mechanical systems, pumps, motors, pipelines, valves, and other equipment.
· Review technical drawings, specifications, and equipment datasheets.
· Assist in inventory management and material tracking.
· Participate in commissioning and performance testing activities.
· Assist in installation, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of mechanical equipment.
· Supervise installation and commissioning of pumps, motors, valves, and pipeline systems.
· Monitor performance of pumping stations and mechanical equipment.
· Assist in preparation of maintenance schedules and O&M reports.
· Coordinate with electrical and instrumentation teams during commissioning activities.
Required Skills
· Basic knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and industrial equipment.
· Understanding of engineering drawings and technical specifications.
· Familiarity with pumps, motors, piping systems, HVAC, or manufacturing processes.
· Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
· Good communication and teamwork skills.
· Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Willingness to work at project sites, plants, or workshops and travel if required.
· Knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, or similar design software.
· Basic understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance.
Communication level Proficient : English & Hindi
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
