We are seeking a Network Support Trainee to assist in monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting network systems. The candidate should have basic knowledge of networking concepts and a willingness to learn network operations and infrastructure support.
Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring network connectivity and performance
- Support in troubleshooting basic LAN/WAN issues
- Help configure routers, switches, and network devices under supervision
- Maintain logs and network documentation
- Support senior engineers in network operations tasks
