Job Title: Human Resources (HR) Manager

Job Summary: The HR Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations and ensuring smooth execution of the complete employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and exit formalities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including manpower planning, job posting, sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, and offer management.
- Manage employee onboarding, induction, documentation, appointment letters, and joining formalities.
- Oversee attendance, leave management, biometric records, employee databases, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate monthly payroll processing, salary revisions, reimbursements, and Full & Final settlements.
- Ensure timely compliance and documentation related to PF, ESIC, PT, MLWF, and other applicable requirements.
- Manage performance management processes, including BPI, appraisals, employee evaluations, and performance reporting.
- Prepare and analyze HR MIS, workforce reports, attendance reports, recruitment metrics, and management dashboards.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, wellness activities, and internal communication.
- Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, disciplinary matters, and policy-related queries.
- Identify training needs and coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Manage employee offboarding, exit interviews, handover formalities, and issuance of experience/relieving documents.
- Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and processes in line with organizational requirements.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records across HRMS, payroll, and statutory platforms.
- Provide HR insights and recommendations to management to support workforce planning and business decisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or HR certification preferred)
- Proven experience (2 to 5 years) as an HR Manager or similar HR leadership role
- Strong knowledge of labour law, compliance, Income Tax and HR best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and should be comfortable working on payroll software.
Working Conditions:

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
