About the Role
We are looking for an innovative and highly creative AI Creative Art Director who can combine traditional creative direction with the latest Generative AI tools to develop unique visual concepts, campaigns, and digital experiences.
The ideal candidate should have a strong artistic eye, excellent understanding of visual storytelling, and hands-on experience with AI image and video generation tools.
You will lead the creative vision from concept to final execution and work closely with artists, designers, video editors, content creators, and AI specialists.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall creative and visual direction for AI-powered projects and campaigns.
- Develop original creative concepts, visual identities, campaign ideas, and storytelling directions.
- Convert briefs and ideas into strong visual concepts and creative executions.
- Create and direct AI-generated images, videos, characters, environments, product visuals, and campaign assets.
- Develop mood boards, style frames, visual references, storyboards, and creative guidelines.
- Use advanced AI tools to experiment with different visual styles, concepts, characters, compositions, and storytelling techniques.
- Create consistent visual styles across multiple assets and campaigns.
- Guide designers, visual artists, AI artists, and video creators to maintain creative quality.
- Review and provide creative feedback on AI-generated and traditional design work.
- Explore new AI tools, models, workflows, and creative techniques.
- Develop efficient AI-powered creative production workflows.
- Work with prompt engineers and AI creators to improve image and video generation results.
- Ensure all creative outputs meet brand standards and campaign objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing, social media, content, and production teams.
- Research emerging trends in AI art, generative design, advertising, fashion, film, digital art, and visual culture.
- Push creative boundaries by experimenting with new technologies and artistic approaches.
- Build and maintain creative references, style libraries, prompt libraries, and visual systems.
