We are looking for Executive Assistant to Director for leading manufacturing company in Ahmedabad location.
Min 6 Years experience.
Job Description:
- Manage and maintain the Director’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
- Organize and prepare documents, reports, and presentations.
- Draft, review, and manage correspondence (emails, letters, memos).
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings.
- Prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Support in organizing board meetings, conferences, and business events.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the Director with staff, clients, and external partners.
- Screen calls, emails, and requests, directing them appropriately.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with stakeholders.
- Assist in tracking key projects, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely execution.
- Conduct research and prepare briefs as requested by the Director.
- Manage travel bookings, visas, itineraries, and accommodation.
- Process expense reports and reimbursements.
- Support Director in decision-making by providing timely information.
- Maintain files, databases, and records for easy access.
- Perform any ad hoc duties assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,619.16 - ₹41,174.93 per month
