Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, confident and customer-focused candidates for the position of Tele caller at First cart pvt ltd. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer enquiries, generating leads, scheduling showroom visits, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain Glen Kitchen Appliances such as chimneys, hobs, cooktops, built-in ovens, and other kitchen solutions.
Generate and qualify sales leads.
Follow up with interested customers and convert enquiries into sales.
Schedule showroom visits and product demonstrations.
Handle customer queries professionally.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM/Excel.
Coordinate with the sales and service teams for customer support.
Build and maintain good customer relationships.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication skills in Malayalam.
Basic communication in English.
Good convincing and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Office).
Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
Customer-focused approach.
Freshers are welcome.
Experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or retail sales is an added advantage.
Benefits: ₹15,000-₹17000 per month
