- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, or issues promptly and efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary
- Meet performance metrics such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rate
- Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and procedures
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English language
- Previous experience in a voice-based customer service role is preferred
- Ability to handle high call volumes and remain calm under pressure
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools
